the WHO: Local membership in The Smoking Guns is open to all residents of east Tennessee and western North Carolina and beyond.
WHEN: The fourth Saturday of each month or as noted here and at Facebook. No May or December meetings. December Holiday party is held on different dates.
WHERE: Generally Branch libraries, Knoxville, TN - occasionally at other locations in East Tennessee.
COST: $20 Annual Local Dues PLUS
Annual National Membership (Active $40/Professional $50)

LOCAL FEES COVER ALL REGULAR LOCAL MEETINGS AND PANELS/WORKSHOPS DURING REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETINGS. ALL OTHER SCHEDULED EVENTS/WORKSHOPS/FIELD DAYS MAY REQUIRE EXTRA FEES.
